The website can be accessed at the URL https://plagebijou.com (hereinafter the " Site "), published by Experimental, a société par actions simplifiée with share capital of €20,085,900, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Registry under number 524 095 064, having its registered office at 14-16, boulevard Poissonnière, 75009 Paris, France (hereinafter " Experimental ").
Persons who may access the Site are referred to as " Users ".

Experimental may collect and process, on its own behalf, the User's personal data which (i) have been communicated to it following the sending of a collection form available on the Site, (ii) in the context of its various exchanges with Experimental and (iii) through the simple use of the Site provided that valid consent has been given by the User beforehand.
Experimental will not process any personal data other than those described in this privacy policy (hereinafter the " Privacy Policy "), without the express consent of the User.

In accordance with applicable legislation on the protection of personal data, the processing of personal data by Experimental is based on one of the following legal bases.
2.1 Contract performance

These terms and conditions formalize a contractual relationship between each User and Experimental.

Experimental does not collect any information relating to political opinions, morals, sexual orientation or genetic characteristics.
- Purposes of the processing carried out by Experimental
Experimental's processing of Users' personal data is necessary for the following purposes:
4.1 Processing for online booking purposes
- optimizing the Site for User browsing;
- the creation of an account by Users on the Site;
- the confirmation and processing of the User's reservations in one of Experimental's establishments;
- processing payment for the User's reservation at one of Experimental's establishments;
- sending a confirmation or message prior to the User's arrival at one of Experimental's facilities;
- a user satisfaction survey.
4.2 Processing for application management purposes
Experimental's processing of the User's personal data is necessary if the User accesses the application service within one of Experimental's establishments. :
- receipt of applications ;
- recruiting a candidate.
4.3 Processing for newsletter and marketing purposes
- When receiving the Experimental newsletter, the User may unsubscribe from any marketing action at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the end of the text;
- statistics and marketing analysis;
- communication with a User who fills in a contact form on the Site;
- building a file of customers and prospects;
- informing Users of any changes to the services offered by the Site.
4.4 Processing for rights management purposes

- Rights of persons concerned
Users have a right of access, modification, opposition, limitation, portability, rectification, to define the directives relating to the fate of their data after their death and a right to delete their personal data, this last point being subject to compliance with the following rules:

Experimental retains data relating to requests for information made by the User for a period not exceeding three (3) years from the last contact made by the User.
Audience measurement statistics are not kept for longer than thirteen (13) months.
In the event of a dispute, all information, documents and items containing the User's personal data that are required to establish the facts in dispute may be kept for the duration of the proceedings, including for a period longer than that indicated above.
Certain data may be archived beyond the time limits specified for the purposes of investigating, recording and prosecuting criminal offences, with the sole aim of providing the judicial authorities with such data as required.
Archiving means that this data is anonymized and can no longer be consulted online, but is extracted and stored on an independent, secure medium.
- Data Recipients
The User's personal data collected and processed by Experimental are transmitted to the following recipients when this is necessary to enable them to fulfil the aforementioned purposes only.
7.1 Experimental's internal services
Experimental shares certain personal data of Users with its internal departments for the sole purposes described in Article 4 and for which they are authorized.
Members of the internal service who process Users' personal data are bound by an obligation of confidentiality with regard to such data.
7.2 Experimental affiliates
Experimental shares certain personal data with its subsidiaries for the strict purpose of :
- Manage reservations, privatization requests and group bookings in each subsidiary-managed establishment;
- Manage job vacancy requests in each branch managed by a subsidiary.
In accordance with European and French legislation on the protection of personal data (European Regulation No. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of personal data, and Loi Informatique et Libertés No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978), Experimental's subsidiaries process the User's personal data.
7.3 Third-party partners and service providers
Experimental may temporarily and securely transfer some of the User's personal data to third parties when necessary with :
- partners with whom Experimental has contracted to operate and maintain the Site (e.g. Influence Society);
- partners with whom Experimental has contracted to enable the execution of its contracts with Users (e.g. Synxis, Zenchef, OTAs);
- partners with whom Experimental has contracted to manage its relations with customers and prospects (e.g. advertising platforms, Sendethic, Influence Society);
- certain regulated professionals such as chartered accountants, statutory auditors and lawyers.
7.4 Administrative and judicial authorities
Only in cases where such disclosure is required by a legal obligation, Experimental will disclose the User's personal data to the administrative or judicial authorities that require it.

Experimental uses web analysis cookies to better understand User behavior. These tools collect information and generate reports on Site usage statistics without Users necessarily being identified by the third party providing the cookie (e.g. Google).
In addition to generating reports on Site usage statistics, these audience analysis cookies also make it possible, in combination with certain other advertising cookies (placed by third-party websites and/or content when consulted by the user), to display more relevant advertisements on the Site.
